2. Machine installed on-line with system of forming pack by stacking Bottles with Positive Separators, integrated with Electronic Counters

I. Stacking
Directly connected to conveyor with transfer plate

III. Articles counted and stacked as per programmed pack

IV. Ready pack placed in centre of conveyor

V. System driven by Servo-drive

Pick & Place

Depending on ware size, grippers are selected
As per pack size, gripped head is connected to system & positioning on conveyor.

Tray Conveyor

Trays are placed manually on conveyor
Positioning is automatic.
